MY SELFCARE PLAN
What does selfcare mean to me?
Self care to me means being consistent with my personal care, prioritizing my rest and sleep, establishing clear work-life boundaries and building a strong support network around myself to lean on when I need support at work and at home.

Strategies to maintain my physical health:
* Sleep every night from 10:30pm -6:30am if possible with sports
* Prep a healthy lunch every day and pre plan dinners for week
* Start peleton bike classes 2x a week and yoga 2x a week
* Walk in evenings when time allows
What I can do to respond to stress:
* Breathe!!!
* Practice Yoga more often and learn ways to decompress
* Listen to audiobooks
* Make a relaxation playlist to listen to after work
Actions I can take to reach my self-care goal:
* Keep a journal about how I am feeling daily and include things that I am grateful for in my life
* Share my Self-care plans with my family and ask them to check in with me weekly to see how I am doing
* Read 'Teachers First' and prioritize myself
During my practicum, I will take care of myself by:
* Walk daily and turn off electronics while relaxing to make time for myself
* Being honest with myself when I need a break and allow myself that time
* Be Accountable for my own self-care --> post on Instagram while on walks #fieldselfcarestreak
* Book massage every two weeks during my practicum
